Our Marrakesch chef prepares authentic & original dishes. For starters why not try an Airan (a chilled summer soup of cucumber & yoghurt) or a Chorba (cream of tomato with fresh basil & cumin) or a Mezze of Humus (cream of chickpeas & sesame oil with garlic & lemon), Babaganoush (smoked aubergines), Warakarish (stuffed vine leaves), Tabule (a salad of parsely, tomatoes & cracked wheat) & Falafel (croquettes of chickpeas, parsley & cumin).

For a second course we can offer you an authentic Cous cous of lamb, caramelised onions & moroccan prunes cooked in a traditional earthenware dish, or a Tagine of Damascan chicken marinaded in lemon & coriander served with tagine baked fresh vegetables. The classic North African Lamb kebabs chargrilled with red pepper & served with roasted potatoes & 3 different sauces (hot, yoghurty or fresh apple compote) is always very popular.

For vegetarians we have over 11 different dishes available including our soups & fresh salads. The M’sagaa is a traditional moroccan dish of oven baked red peppers, onions & coriander served with spicy rice or how about a plate of chargrilled seasonal vegetables served with our famous sauces – hot & spicy or sweet & yoghurty?
